Pleasantly greeted by the owner, managing on-site, with the location's loving dog "Buddy". Very clear and forward pricing, explanation of layouts and how each unit defines need for you. RV parking and more. 24 access and a nice tucked away location, directly off Route 12! That has secure feeling and climate control in many units. Definitely happy with recent move in, have already recommended to friends and family.

I have rented several storage lockers. Apple Storage was in a class way above the previous facilities I've used. Brightly lit, modern, secure & CLEAN! If you live in the Lake Barrington area they are right down the street on Rand Road in Wauconda.

The facility is very well priced. The customer service is phenomenal. The reason I only give 4 instead of 5 stars, is because I think they should upgrade the pavement in front of my storage unit.
