I was very impressed with the customer service I received from Victoria (Tory). Extremely friendly and very professional. Helped me from the time I walked in to the time I was finished moving in my furniture. Tory, should be held in the highest esteem for her service as a customer service rep. the way she represents the company!

Easy move in and account set up. The owners are very nice. I was not aware the 40% rate discount expired after only 4 months until I moved in, so that was disappointing. Otherwise nice and secure facility.

When I decided to use a storage facility this company made the entire process easy to navigate through. They are very helpful and explain everything you need to know.

We were in a last minute situation and needed to upgrade from a 5x5 unit to a 5x10 unit on the evening I called in at 5:15pm. It was just before closing and we were well taken care of and the staff was so kind and helpful. THANK YOU!

Facility is in a limited traffic area. Parking a trailer is a little tight, at least for a rookie.

Don was simply awesome at showing me around, walking me through everything and addressing my concerns. I rented a unit three days before move in. Although the electricity was spotty in the temperature controlled unit, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful to get the lights back on.

Manager was on duty, helpful, curtious, and efficient. Within minutes we were through the paperwork and left with a smile. Prices were very competitive and security sound. I feel very comfortable storing my items here.

The service was great and the price was pretty good except for the REQUIRED insurance (which is a gimmick and a rip off). The facility is functional and access is convenient and secure.
