It was very easy to reserve a storage unit and everything was sent to me as soon as I reserved. I reserved on Monday and was able to move in on Tuesday. Very quick turnaround.

The registration process was very difficult from beginning to end. I registered over three times and was hung up on two out of three. I even reserve the unit online for convenience yet I still have any issues with getting my unit. I was placed on hold for over an hour. Once the process went through completely and I arrive to my storage unit The twist tab was off and no lock as promised. The only good thing about this transaction was the manager Anna who helped correct all of the previous mistakes. Please Anna deserves a job well done she was very professional

Was not pleased with the desolate n dirty facility. Dirty, no locks provided when told thetr would be, no directions or people onsite to offer assistance for 1st timers
