I had no problems signing the paperwork, he gave detail information on property and online details, and I was in and out in about 15 minutes. Came back later with some things and was impressed on the 5x10 size and the cleanliness of the storage area. The price was nice and manageable.

Great experience from when I pulled up to when I walked out the door!!! The kitty's where an awesome addition to the office!!! And the man provided extra quick services and was extremely nice!!! And his prices were amazing!

I am using it as a temp storage, but the staff is excellent and itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s great for my purposes. Its not climate controlled so I put my stuff into giant tupperwares but I highly recommend it.

I needed a space rather quickly and this was the place to go.

Very clean nice employees good prices

I arrived and started my paperwork and then had to wait because someone the lady at the desk "used to work with" came in and apparently was of greater importance than I was. Even though I was paying a moving company to sit int he parking lot while they discussed her friends husbands deadly allergy to the cats in the office. (the cats were lovely, friendly creatures) She gave us a key, and told us which building it was, but had no idea how we got it. We would just have to walk around and look for the door. Then I found out that the unit I needed had no outside access. I had to have stuff moved down a very narrow hall and thru a couple of rather narrow doorways. Not looking forward to the move out.

The facility is easy to access and am very contented.

Need the right code for gate to get in they wrote it sent wrong but we figured it out

I went to the area and asked the person at the front desk about my reservation. She gave me the key and gave me directions on how to reach the storage area. After unsuccessfully trying out my keys, I had the receptionist help me open the lock. She was very courteous and offered to go to the storage area with me to try out the keys. We ended up looking at the storage area and I went back to the office to fill out my paperwork.

I arrived early in the morning and was able to get the storage rented and the key immediately. I was shown several different options and then I was allowed to choose the best one for my needs. I was glad to have a chose of units and found just one very close and convenient. Also it was very clean and neat. I thank them for providing good service and storage for people right off of Interstate 72.
