Storage Masters - South Shores

You have to have your phone on you for everything including access to your unit and using the elevator which I found to be annoying when I’m trying to move items and carry stuff but need my phone or a free hand to type in a code every time I want the elevator opened. I also left my phone in my storage unit unpacking and was locked out of the facility. The upstairs does not have air so very stuffy.

Facility was super nice and clean.

Prices too high Decatur is not a booming city people are poor

My Wife and I needed help. My Wife's new landlord called and told her hewas going to close the building her Barber/Hairstyling office was in. She had been in this building for 36 yers. He then turned the power off (No lights/No furnace). We found a moving company in Springfield that would work with no lights/furnace. I had seen the Storage Masters ad on WAND Television. The ads and the distances between my wife's shop our home and the Storage Master facility led me to South Shores. Michael had found me lost and confused near old office building and led me to new office location. Michael then took me on a guided tour of the facility. The television ads and Michaels tour (The sites cleanliness and Security measures))"sealed the deal". Michael led me through filling out all the paperwork to rent a space. Then Michael led on another guided tour. He showed me how to use my cell phone app to open all gates, doors, elevator, and my rented space door. He told me if I ever had a problem he or another staff would be available to help. A few days later Movers brought Wife's Office furniture to the South Shores facility. Every thing went AOK with the information Michal gave me. Michael is a great asset to Storage Masters.
