I was thankfully met by an amazing employee as soon as I entered. I believe she was named Amber, she was polite and professional. She was wearing company clothes so it was easy to identify her as an employee. Her appearance was clean and well kept. She was smiling and polite. I have some disabilities and she was very accommodating and helpful. Driving me to show me the units. She explained more than I felt I could ever imagine. She also offered to show me bigger or smaller units. It was a easy decision. And it didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t even take up the entire time I had allotted. Leaving me time to enjoy the nice weather.

The facility is conveniently located just off a major city through street. It is well illuminated and in excellent condition. The staff is nice and very helpful. There are plenty of security cameras and tall fence with barbed wire. The storage locker is clean, well maintained, and dry. Excellent drainage. The after hours access works perfectly and the price is reasonable with online payment options. I could not be happier with my rental experience. Thank you!

Billy was friendly and made the process simple, he puts you at ease, and is very diligent in providing great customer service, with coffee, water and they offer many services. The boxes, and moving equipment was great, and the use of the moving truck was a great addition to storage facilities in general, bravo for getting storage done right! I love the online documents, and ease of email receipts too!!! Very impressed with Billy at the Decatur Woodford location!
