I had signed a contract already and then went online to look something up and found a better price at the same facility. The manager, Dorothy, was able to get me the better price.

The property manager, Dorothy assisted me over the phone and when I came to the location. I called during a time of distress, having just been through a hard time and needing to move my things right away. Dorothy was very warm, welcoming, and kind, which gave me comfort and confidence about the hardship I was going through. The day I went in to move, her and Mike were both very kind and helpful. They made me feel at home and it made all the difference. I was happy to pay the price!

The attendant Dorothy was extremely friendly and helpful. It made all the difference for me to feel like she was truly concerned about my storage needs. The cleanliness of the facility was also a big plus. oversall great experience!
