We will definitley be using this storage again. The customer service agent, Edward, was super patient and helpful! He stayed on the line with us as we were having difficulties getting info. imputed. He helped us through step by step and was very nice throughout the whole process. We really appreciate his positivity and treated us like we really mattered as a customer.

Just had a hard time getting door open. Called on-site manager, but he said he could not come to help until the next day. Staying was not an option.
