pricing is not great, and they are raising it, had issues getting into my unit, water leaking in my unit, cheaper process on same sized units in amore company's much cleaner facility.

Checking in was easy and I like not having a person do it and I can use my phone or the large touch screen they had onsite. I gave it 3.5 starts because the unit lock was hard to open and when I called customer service, that didn't help at all. I thought she would have offered me another unit but she just suggest I try to get it open. The lock was rusted and I will use my own so I don't run into problems with the lock later. I know it's a pull up but it was not the best inside and its the worst I've seen. It will do for now, I will have to add shelves inside to keep my items from getting wet from when it rains.
