We were storing a vehicle and brought the documentation but their system was down and we were required to go to another facility to complete the rental. It took at least an hour longer and caused us to miss another appointment

it was quick and easy to get my unit and the unit it a reasonable price with easy access and it's climate controlled too. I'm very happy and I like that access is limited until 9pm as to control security. I also like that someone is there to Watch the units 24/7. Thank you

Great online option to reserve a storage room and go conveniently at a time that works for you! The person at the front desk was extremely helpful and detailed. His name is Daniel and made me feel very comfortable to rent from this storage facility!

I was overall happy with my experience. I started by making my reservation online which was quick and easy. The employee onsite was helpful and friendly and the place was clean. However, I was happy that I read other reviews online before I went because I was prepared for extra expenses that I did not read about online such as it was REQUIRED to insure the unit. If it is required I wish it was stated and quoted with the initial fees. Also I brought my own lock instead of renting one which I would not have known about if I had not read others reviews. I dislike finding about additional fees at the last minute.

Easy to get an account and easy to close account. Buy your own lock! It will cost much less and the one they provide gets rusted and hard to open and they charge $20 for it. Buy small and work your way up in units. I did the reverse. That's my advice. When I signed up I was pressured for a 5 star review. When I closed it then it was with someone else and she was very nice. The neighborhood is sketchy and I was afraid of going at any time alone. You are required to buy insurance so the rate with their specials are different when you sign up.

I went in to public storage from my reservation I had for my brother. This unit for him, for he is moving here from out of state with 2 bedroom house full of stuff. It was a quick and easy painless process that Kaylee helped create for me and not to mention the cleanliness of not only that unit but also the whole entire site
