The property manager Irene was so nice. I recommend this facility based on that alone. Every person I have talked with is informative, and willing to answer any question you have. It is very clean, and easy to navigate.

My overall experience with the staff is great! The facility itself is not bad. The only problem I have is that I am renting a 'Climate Controlled' unit and the temperature and humidity levels are not what I would consider controlled. It is very warm and humid in the building and units. There are clearly new air conditioners installed, they might not be set at a low enough temperature. It was warm and humid enough in there for me to start sweating profusely while just standing in the unit. But, other than the unexpected temperatures it is not a bad unit and the employee was very accommodating.

It was a nice an easy transition no headaches no problems nice clean storage with a good honest people running it absolutely no problems at all it's better than that automated system Storage area where there's nobody on staff except the one 800 number out of state or maybe even out of the country I can't do business like that public storage was a lot better. I got 100% attention when I signed up

Was upset that no carts available after 5 pm. I was told to much theft and carts are locked up after 5 pm.. next unit will be outdoors and close to unload truck
