I rented a unit months ago and Paula was the one who helped me get situated, now I down sized and she was such a help to find one, she explained it all made sure everything was signed and expedited as I was running around doing errands to get to work. She is the type of customer service you want in any company!!! Keep her!!!

This Location seems to have better rates & availability then some of the other locations. Paula was extremely helpful in help us to upgrade to a bigger storage. She took time to explain everything to us & answered all our Questions. She was even able to get us a bigger storage for less money then we were paying before for the small unit. INCREDIBLE!!! I wish there was a dumpster on site or even a garbage can. Other than that, so far so good.

Looking for a storage may have been a costly thing but no since I was looking for something short term without costing alot. Angela was very helpful and made sure I understood everything there was to offer.

the public storage on chicago st in elgin illinois was great. the price was god for the size of the unit. They even have automatic payment so you don't have to go there every month to pay on it. My only complaint was that my door stuck sometimes.
