Had a reservation to move in on a Friday. I decided instead to move in on Wednesday. I called and talked to I think a booking agent. They said it would be Ok to come on Wednesday. I got there and it was closed. I called the agent and they got a hold of the mgr. He called me and said the person that was supposed to be there was sick but he would get someone there ASAP. Someone came, was very pleasant, got me checked in and even waived some of the charges. Things happen that are not supposed to but Huntley Self Storage handled it very efficiently with GREAT customer service.

Glad they gave me a 10x10 rather then the 5x10 due to my stuff wouldn't have fit. Overall experience was great had the storage unit emptied for my arrival. Thanks again
