Love my new unit even has a light....Everytime I go I keep finding more and more things better than my last unit at another place. I love my back brick wall so attractive and my 1970 Chevelle will be be so happy here.everyone is so nice and pleasant too!!!!!?

Was very easy to reserve the space online and once at the facility to sign paperwork. Staff was very helpful and courteous.

Access to Carts would be appreciated for out of main building units to use when loading and unloading boxes and heavy items. The buttons to input codes do not always work. Have to push awfully hard. Maybe a scan card would be easier and more efficient. :)

I had no issues with any part of this storage unit. Online reserving was easy, access was easy, customer service was easy. Unit was clean. One item to watch for would be if there is a step up into the unit.

We loved how much space there was around our unit. We could really think through how to pack efficiently here. Love that the facility is ground level. Awesome, helpful, attentive property manager, too!

I had a great experience with Storage Mart in Bartlett, off Hwy 59. Brian, the manager, went out of his way to make my move-in calm, easy, and as simple as possible. He was on hand to assist with questions and demonstrate how things worked. The facility is clean, well-lit, and secure. I feel very safe and comfortable going there. Brian provided exceptional customer service and I'd cheerfully recommend this Storage Mart to family and friends!

internet search for best price on temp/humidity controlled 10x10 or 10x15 - this was best or close to best price. On site manager is very helpful, went out of way to make certain I had right spot and made the best choice. EXCELLENT service.
