The whole process of reservation and moving in was very easy. The office employee helped me move all my stuff in and thoroughly answered all my questions Very helpful! The unit was clean and exactly what I expected.

Andre has been very professional when he showed me the storage unit and gave me the keys. He is a very clear communicator, friendly, and super helpful.

The manager assisted me in getting my storage space. He showed me to the space and to my surprise there was already a lock on it and he told me it was included in the rental. I had originally brought one on my own but since he said it was included so I didn't used the one I brought. As it turned out later when I reviewed the charges, I was charged for the lock. It was my fault for not reviewing the bill carefully when I approved it, but I thought it was very deceiving of the manager not to point out that there is an additional charge for the lock.

Chris was extremely helpful. I received above and beyond customer service. I was showed my unit, reviewed my paperwork all in a timely matter. Really appreciate the overall experience!

Andy was courteous and very helpful. Very patient in explaining the various aspects of my rental. After completing the paperwork he took me for a walk through to show me the unit and how to secure it. He is an asset to the company and a perfect example of how a business should treat a customer.

Andy made this move very easy and low-stress. He showed us different size options and discussed insurance, facility hours and locking instructions in a clear, concise manner. The only drawback to the facility is the lack of lighting in the storage units. This makes it difficult to determine how much stuff can fit. The hall lighting outside the units could also be better. But overall, I was very pleased.

The service was wonderful and I all my storage needs were accommodated! Shout-out to Daffaney who was very cordial and kind!

Andy was great and super helpful. I made a last minute reservation and they were able to accommodate me. Online they have great deals on units where the only fee you pay for the first month is $1 plus a $25 reservation fee. Would definitely recommend.

I have rented a storage unit for 2 years at this location and have always found the facility clean, environmentally controlled, and staffed. I asked to change to a smaller unit since my needs have changed and found Jordan to be extremely helpful explaining all the options and showing me my choices. The whole thing was handled quickly and easily and to my full satisfaction.

If insurance is necessary, please present options other than the grossly overpriced Orange Door service, or at least warn customers prior to the transaction.

I was very impressed with this storage place by Northwestern University. A wonderful alternative to shlepping my son's stuff home over the summer AND AFFORDABLE!

Friendly helpful and pleasant staff, good facility.

The customer service was good however the facility itself is very dirty. There was a bag of fast food with french fries in the corner of the elevator when we first moved in and a few days later I returned and it was still there. (If i would have seen that before I moved my stuff in I would have reconsidered). The lighting is poor and the hallways need upkeep.

I really appreciate how Public Storage has systems in place to keep communications open. It is very easy to get in contact with the manager. The check-in day was very smooth and the manager was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend having a cardboard recycling box at the location.

We used this storage location for two summers already for my daughter. Great location and customer service Would recommend to anybody
