I reserved online and came in to finalize the reservation. Nico was very helpful answering my questions and took his time to make sure I understood the contract. Even showed me how to access facility with code provided. Facility is clean and very well lit.

I was surprised at how easy it was to get my things in storage here. The staff was incredibly helpful and nice. You just pull up in the garage and They have carts for you to put things on. Thereﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s an elevator that you go up in and a wheel your things to your location. I was worried that it was on another floor but this doesnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t matter. I was in and out quickly!

I purchased a 10x15 ( which was painless) unit but on moving day the moving supervisor told me I would need a bigger space (10x20). When I called I had to leave a message the young lady called me back in less than 10 minutes. I was able to transfer to the larger unit without a problem. I would absolutely recommend this facility to anyone.

Overall the experience was good. The first staff person I met was very friendly. The units were a little hard to find once you got in but the staff helped me find it. The oly big negative was that one of the elevators wasn't working which slowed everything down.

New clean building with Great Security and Space. Love the Indoor Drive in Drop off! They even have Great music playing! Malcolm is a very helpful, informative & nice guy. They also kept the promised pricing from previous ownership.
