Jack was very helpful! The process was very fast and easy.

Staff was helpful. Only issue was the lock hasp on my unit was to tight causing the lock not to go in properly. Sam said it still works sort of. I pointed out all the other locks in the row were properly seated, but mine was not. Sam said he would take care of it, but after three weeks it was not fixed. I fixed it myself last week. Frank

I was very impressed with the service rendered to me and my family by Ms.Kelly! She was very professional at selling and promoting Public Storage. She showed us several different storage units that were climate controlled. She even offered products to keep the sent in our unit at a pleasant smell. She was a 5 star sales person. easy to do and a very helpful staff

Having used other storage facilities in the past, I wasn't expecting much in the way of service. I was very surprised by my encounter with Daniel. He went above and beyond in both service and professionalism. Will definitely return here the next time I need storage.

Crespo was wonderful but I have only had the storage for a couple of weeks and both times I have gone to the storage the side door where you enter the building has been ajar and you don't need the code to get in. And the cart by the door seems to have a broken wheel or something so it is unusable. I did not mention it to Crespo since it was after hours both times. thank you.
