They charged me for two months when I was only in for one month: We rented a climate-controlled storage space. There were no problems with the facility. However, their payment system is super confusing, in my opinion, by design. They want you to think you are paying a certain amount when that amount is actually a couple hundred dollars greater. On our lease agreement, it said the monthly rent was $269. If you start your lease in the middle of the month, lets say June 21, and leave July 21, you would think that they charge you for just one month. We had to pay $394 up front and said we would get a credit for the difference. I only got $10 back. They actually charge you for two months even if you are only there for 30 days. Why? I have no idea! The guy in charge explained it to us multiple times and it still made no sense. I totally felt like I got the runaround! I would not recommend this company for storage. Look elsewhere first for a business with more honest and transparent services.

Perfect location! Great prices! What more can you ask for

5'x5'	Small (25 square feet) The size of a small closet. Good for chairs, cabinets, electronics, boxes.
5'x10'	Small (50 square feet) The size of a large walk-in closet. Good for a mattress set, couch, dining room tables, chairs, boxes.
5'x15'	Small (75 square feet) The size of a small bedroom. Good for large dining sets, desks, cabinets, mattress sets, washer/dryer.
10'x10'	Medium (100 square feet) The size of a large bedroom. Good for bedroom sets, refrigerator, large drawers, multiple boxes.
10'x15'	Medium (150 square feet) The size of a small one car garage. Good for multiple bedroom sets, large appliances, smaller cars, boats, other vehicles, patio sets.
10'x20'	Large (200 square feet) The size of a standard one car garage. Good for multiple bedroom sets, trucks, trailers, large furniture items, mid size vehicles, miscellaneous items.
