Archway Storage - Godfrey is a locally owned and managed storage facility offering self-storage solutions to the surrounding Alton, Godfrey, and Jerseyville IL area. Around since 2006, we are well seasoned in the industry. All of units are offered with convenient gate-coded, drive-up 7/24 access. PLEASE NOTE: There is NOT an office on-site. Office is located in our Bethalto location at 200 S Moreland Rd, Moro, IL 62067 or call 618/466/8527. There is a refundable 25 deposit required which includes a high security lock for your unit during the rental period. The office hours are 9:00 to 5:00 and is not located at the facility, MUST CALL

I couldnt get into my unit the spacing around my unit was very limited! My storage unit was jammed closed.. I couldn't get in contact with anyone about the unit.. Phone number kept dropping call like it was connected to fax..

The gate doesn't open when you need to leave. Some padlocks will not work in their doors. Other than that, it's exactly what you think it should be.

I reserved a unit and everything went fine till I got to the unit and it was locked went back to office with is about 5 miles away and they said sorry and told me to move into a different unit and took money off and stuff ...went out there and this unit was locked up too so since my u haul truck needed to be back soon to got get charged another day...so I found a open unit and moved in ...unit was nice and clean up this place is hard to fine too ....needs all management fired and the secretary needs to run it she was helpful ... I never could get anyone on the phone ever in this whole process

Im very happy with this unit the staff was great I was lost tryn to find it but the staff age was great with helping me on the phone to fond it I'm happy.

Unit floor was a bit dirty. When we first went to pick up the lock we did not know it was offsite. No one had told us that so an extra trip had to be made. Unit is good size and at a good price. Would recommend to my friends.
