I couldnt get into my unit the spacing around my unit was very limited! My storage unit was jammed closed.. I couldn't get in contact with anyone about the unit.. Phone number kept dropping call like it was connected to fax..

The unit I requested was not available. You need to do a better job at knowing what units are available.

Godfrey location seems well secured and unit was clean

The gate doesn't open when you need to leave. Some padlocks will not work in their doors. Other than that, it's exactly what you think it should be.

With I would have found this place a long time ago. Love it and the staff is wonderful!

Admin ladies most helpful in all aspects of acquiring units: assisting movers; many calls to them in directions to office since new to area & couldn't find. Please extend big thanks to them from me!

I reserved a unit and everything went fine till I got to the unit and it was locked went back to office with is about 5 miles away and they said sorry and told me to move into a different unit and took money off and stuff ...went out there and this unit was locked up too so since my u haul truck needed to be back soon to got get charged another day...so I found a open unit and moved in ...unit was nice and clean up this place is hard to fine too ....needs all management fired and the secretary needs to run it she was helpful ... I never could get anyone on the phone ever in this whole process

Im very happy with this unit the staff was great I was lost tryn to find it but the staff age was great with helping me on the phone to fond it I'm happy.

Unit floor was a bit dirty. When we first went to pick up the lock we did not know it was offsite. No one had told us that so an extra trip had to be made. Unit is good size and at a good price. Would recommend to my friends.
