Ms. Diane was very helpful explained everything told me about the great deal 1.00 storage first Month. The storage was clean. Great place to store your vehicles

There should be 24 hour staff who monitors the security cameras and monitors who is coming and going the gate. The RVs parked outside the cubes are in danger of being ripped off the catalytic converters. Wish there were cubes taller to secure RVs..

This unit was described as a drive up unit. As a person with certain disabilities and definite mobility issues...this was blaringly misleading. I was not able to drive up in front of the unit, as the unit was just about two feet in front of the fencing and even on a slope! I had difficulties walking to the unit with my walker, let alone bringing anything into the unit myself. I will not be keeping this unit beyond the end of the move in special to the end of the month. The only thing that I could positively say about this unit is that it was very clean.

Customer service was helpful and informative. Easy to access The building and unit were clean.

I called to reserve a unit and was told I would receive the $1 special for the 1st month. When I got to the facility the next day I was told I was Not getting the unit for $1 that I had to pay full price. The woman I was dealing with when I arrived was a bit snippy about it and complained asking if I 'm still taking the unit. I really wanted to tell her a thing or two but I let it go, being the better person.

Only problem,that was immediately solved,getting the latch to connect ,to put lock on unit,to safely secure rental Storage unit. I was not aware of the Storage facility hours,until the next moving in day,hours for daily usage. For $15 more,24 hrs access 365 days of the year.

Diane was so helpful and very hilarious, would definitely recommend this facility to anyone.

Great customer service! I drove from Evanston to Plainfield and it was the wrong location, also very close to closing time. The manager at the Crest Hill location helped us get into a unit immediately despite being past closing. So thankful!

Plenty of driving space to bring RV in and out. Available hours make storing there a plus.

A lot of space to move around your trailer. The parking spaces are the perfect size not to small and not to big.

Try using the actual online site. They didn't receive my request for reservation but the lady at the front desk was about to handle my situation and get me in the right unit for my needs. It cost more but in the end I got a better unit and it was indoor.

Disappointied they didn't have courtesy moving van they advertised

The Emails, text messages, and phone calls were unorganized, randomly frequent, and overwhelming, while I tried to get my house packed & moved, 1,100 miles away. It became frustrating.

I realize that the snowstorm we had on Sunday into Monday was significant, but the lanes in the facility were not easy to negotiate and all of the lockers were plowed in. I got stuck in a snowbank because it was impossible to turn around. I would never have gotten out if there hadn't been movers to help me. Plus there are no lights in the lockers which made it difficult to see what we were moving. On the plus side the locker was clean and the price was the lowest around.

There are some unauthorized parking right in front of my unit which was made known to the management.

If you rent a storage make sure your on time because if you fall behind the lady that runs it is very rude and she will add fees on and you will never get your stuff out..... Bad place to store your stuff beware

I would recommend this facility to any one, Staff is courteous, and helpful to the size you may need. I was in and out within 15-20 min.
