Great customer service! Super nice people! Love the phone call I received after reserving the unit, made me feel welcomed. When arrived, management already knew who I was due to being expected. Definitely will continue to use Public Storage units!

The $1 first month special ended up costing me over $50 after the administration fee and cost of the lock and the mandatory insurance. I also found out that monthly rent increases after 3 months which was information not found on the website anywhere. I may have done more researching on other storage facilities had I known this. However, the facility seems very nice so far. The hours of accessibility are more than adequate and the woman who got me set up was VERY nice and informative.

I booked on-line. not until after indicating what I wanted size-wise and had moved at least half-way through the process did I learn that the $1 move-in did not apply. Spoke to several other renters near me who had the same experience.

Called 800 number made reservation no credit card or money down to hold the unit went three days later was in and out in 15 min plus $1for first month can't be beat had storage units before none even come close to the experience I have had with public storage will definitely be my only place for storage
