Our mover offloaded easily from the loading dock and used the provided flatbeds to easily transport to our unit. But while we were inside the loading area (where you could drive your car up onto to load/offload), and which already had a car doing just that, an all blackened out pickup truck pulled up onto this loading area, sat there, even revved the engine, before turning around and driving back out, apparently never exiting their truck. What was that all about other than polluting the space w/their engine exhaust??!! Otherwise my experience w/this Extra Space Storage has been great.
