Polo storage sold my family's entire belongings because I owed $200. Everything we owned, 3 units, now all gone.I am a senior struggling with job loss and a debilitating disease. She had said she'd work with me but she changed her mind. She did not properly notify me, and will not tell me auction house. Beware people.

I rented their largest unit, a 10'x25'. Polo Storage is a clean and spacious facility with friendly staff. The elevator to the second floor is a traditional passenger elevator, so things like a couch do not fit. That could be a real consideration for folks with bulky items that rent second floor units. Great value, just understand Polo Storage is a side business for Cedar Roofing Company. As long as you don't mind conducting business between 8am-4pm, you'll find the facility to be clean, climate controlled, and quiet.

Facility is very clean and well kept. I feel my belongings are safe in my unit. I was also pleased with the service I received upon arriving with my movers.

Friendly staff, amazing facility, large unloading dock inside instead of outside. High ceilings in storage area, plenty of room in the hall ways to maneuver around while moving things. At the end of a buisness complex in which all the neighboring buildings are owned by the same company.

Overall it's perfect still have to understand in construction stage

I had read some negative reviews for this facility but rising rental costs at another facility and an incredible internet deal for Polo Storage convinced me to switch facilities. I did have to initiate the first phone conversation a couple days after making the reservation online but Sandy was friendly, helpful and patiently answered my numerous questions. Quick processing of paperwork on check-in day.

The storage facility looked brand new and was extremely clean. The ceilings were really high which helped tremendously.

Throughout my life I have rented several storage lockers. I was relieved to find that Polo was in a class way above the previous facilities I've used. Brightly lit, modern, secure & CLEAN! By searching selfstorage.com, I was able to procure a 10' x 10' space for $80/mo.

Place was clean, orderly, fast to processes in, a simpler cleaner contact. Great price. Good access hours. If you have big items you want to be on the first floor. I had a 4x8 table top and cleared the elevator slippers by an inch. It's a passenger elevator, not a freight elevator. Other than that slight issue this is the best place I've ever rented from.

By far the best out of the way location, secured and attractive facility. on-site hand carts was the deciding factor with great customer service.

People were really nice and responsive. The space is great, easy to get into and super clean.

The storage units are very affordable. The place is clean. There are always carts available. The storage units are climate controlled. Although the staff is rarely at the site, they are just a phone call away and very willing to help in way they can, The facility does not have 24 hour access, but the hours that they are open are very reasonable. I do wish there was a place to dump my trash, I usually have to take my trash home and dispose of it in my dumpster.

A great value for the price. Pros: -Indoor units, mine were 10x10 -carts available for use -Huge indoor bay - will take a rental box truck out of the elements if needed - VERY nice in winter -Light rock music playing -Public restroom (!!) Cons: -No ability to dispose of trash -No 24 hour access (minor issue for me) -No one is on location. EVER. The owners are in a Cedar Furnishings store nearby supposedly. They walked over on day 1 to rent. So if you need lots of handholding or supplies...

Outstanding facility Staff, efficiency, cleanliness / maintenance, etc

The facility is spotless and the staff is extremely helpful. I came on a Friday, finished paperwork in under 5 minutes and moved in by Monday. It does not look like a "typical" storage facility!

Found storage facility with Google search & determined it was closest to our home. "Held" unit online, then went at advertised office hours with our printed "hold" information. Office said to be open by 10 am on Saturday - arrived between 10:30-11:00 and found no one. Called number plastered all over windows - operator message said "number disconnected." Called another number on windows listing itself as the number to call for assistance and listened to a message for a "Cedar Roofing" company which was not going to be open til Monday. Needless to say we went to the next choice and they have our business.

Polo Storage has a nice building with a loading garage so you don't have to unload in the rain. Carts, elevator, and very competitive prices for the quality of the building. Our unit was ten feet tall.

Sparefoot gave me a complete rundown of the available storage space in my area - and the costs of each - on one screen. I choose a nearby facility that just opened, got a special rate through Sparefoot AND I'm eligible for Sparefoot's additional $20 move-in rebate. You just can't beat it!

Polo has been so helpful and accommodating to my needs. I have never experienced any storage facility like this one. First, I was appreciative of their beautiful facility and their customized service. I feel like I don't have some random "cookie cutter" facility. It has been so reassuring. You can't go wrong!!
