I booked for Friday, but came in Thursday to see if the size would work and paid for it then its Saturday and I needed to cancel, couldn't get one smh. It was only one day after.They're center is heartless. Ms Kayla tried to help, thanks Public Storage.

Shameka won me over. While I misunderstood the type of unit I reserved online, she showed the unit to me and was completely honest - Refreshing! The whole "lock thing" was a turn off, leading me to believe that I was going to be nickeled and dimed to death, but her winning personality and the location of the facility offset this nuisance. 3 stars for the process, but 5 stars for Shameka!

We used this Public Storage facility for over a year. Our experience was very positive. The unit was clean and easily accessible by elevator. We could pull our vehicle inside and transfer our belongings in any weather. The hours were great and staff always helpful. We would definitely use them again.

I went and moved items into public storage and Meghan was an Excellent Helper, because I was not sure what sized unit I needed. She showed me the various units and I decided on one unit, however ended up with two units because of all my items. Great place to use if you need to store items.

Trying to move a home into a storage facility for a short time period is a circus, there is no doubt that this is not an ideal situation, however the people at this facility were VERY understanding of our needs, they were very nice and very helpful in terms of picking the storage size and needs and also considering our budget constraints. The facility is clean and easy to access and I'd highly reccomend to anybody who has to go down this path.
