Speaking for the indoor storage only as that's all I can speak on), this place is extremely clean and tidy! My renting process was super easy thanks to the super friendly staff. I highly recommend this place so far!

Downsized from an existing unit very smoothly being on the same floor. Paperwork handled quickly. Gentleman was very efficient taking care of me, comforting another customer at the same time. Would recommend this facility.

Overall it was a great experience coming into cube storage! The customer service was amazing, the girls in the office were so sweet and the place was so clean! I will definitely recommend to all my friends in need of storage!

PS is a touch cheaper, but with the service, cleanliness, and the SMOOTH paved aisles, CubeSmart has them beat by a mile. Jen is super nice and very helpful, there are tons of supplies available inexpensively, the lanes between units are wide and super clean - look as if they've been just leveled and paved. Everything is clean and tidy. The only problem is it is very hard to make a left out of the drive, but that's not too big a deal - after all it IS Rand Road (nobody makes a left on Rand but for a light, lol). The price is right, there are a range of sizes available, and there are several levels of insurance options. All in all, if I need to do this again, I would go to the Kildeer CubeSmart for sure.

Easy transaction. Great service! Easy access!

We needed a temporary storage unit for some items that did not fit into our moving container. I was able to use Sparefoot's site to compare self storage facilities with ease. I even got a text reminder of the facilities office hours and location. I was able to rent the unit with any issues. We got a call the very next morning. When we got there we were greeted with a smile. CubeSmart was clean and very well lit and have great security measures. They have double doors to the entrance which are sensored to open automatically. They have flat bed carts at every entrance. The elevator fits two of those carts and you can still get two or three people. The lights are motion sensored as well. They even have a loaner truck. The only down side to all of this is we could not borrow the truck as it was a Sunday and needed to be reserved in advance. The entire process was so simple, convenient and affordable! They even have a large selection of moving supplies. I have rented from other self storage companies but this is by far the best!! Keep up the good work!!

The owner and manager are very friendly and helpful. I really felt that they cared about me and my belongings. I feel very safe storing my belongings here. They also have a lowest price guarantee and researched other storage places and their prices. They found one cheaper and gave me a cheaper rate then the lowest they had found. I have never been so excited about a place to store my belongings.
