So far, so good. I will be making many more trips there. Felt quite safe even at night.

Everything was excellent except for the fact that my gate code didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t work and office was closed for that weekend. Now instead of having 2 weekends to move out I only have 1 so it made it a lot more complicated than it should have. Customer service hotline was not use as they couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t help me. Frustrating experience but as soon as Monday came the lady at the storage unit was amazing at helping and got it worked out.

Very clean facility with plenty of carts available to unload.

I do not have much experience with storage units but I cannot imagine a better place for our things. We went on a Saturday, filled out the paper work which probably took less than 10 minutes. Man helping us was extremely friendly and informative. He gave us a tour of the facility and showed us our unit. I could not believe how clean this place was. I even asked him if it was a new facility. They have giant garage doors so you can back a moving truck in and unload right in front of the elevators. They provide carts for you as well as any other moving supplies you need. They have clean bathrooms in the unloading area. I would recommend this place to anyone. Very happy with it.

I am very pleased with this facility and the great service I receive from the folks who manage it. Clean, secure, easy to access and great service... who could ask for more!
