Facility was clean enough and not difficult to find or access, storage space itself could use a cleaning and their is a smell of lingering moisture that is concerning. Overall for a short term solution it is a decent option but, I would not leave my things there long term for fear of mildew and mold due to the apparent presence of moisture.

Went in to inquire for future use. Even though I wasn't going to rent at the present time the young lady named Melissa went over everything clearly and at length. She was friendly and so very helpful! I will return to rent there because she made me feel everything will be handled correctly, efficiently and my unit will be exactly what I will need. Very nice and professional young woman!

Customer service was great, check-in process was straightforward, having drive up access to the unit is so convenient. Units are not climate controlled but for our needs it is not important.

I have never used any kind of storage facility and my first experience was wonderful. Denise - the manage - took her time with me - answered all my questions - even took time to make sure I knew how to put the code in so gate opens - made me feel better to do it with someone the first time. Best price around - highly recommend!

It's 2014, why do you still have to get out of your car to put in the gate code?? Please update this system. It is not fun in wind, rain, and snow to open the gate. Also, would like the door to outside unit be automatic instead of lifting. It's a new day for renting storage. Thanks, Long Term User
