This facility has outdone all others and not only met but exceeded all expectations. Megan went above and beyond from the moment I made the first inquiry to reservation and even waited for my carﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s delivery to ensure it all went smooth. Not enough moving carts available unless go into office and leave an ID. Also if more than 3 0r 4 people are in the area it is very cramped for pulling your vehicle in or out.

Trying to force you to buy insurance that you don't need when you have your own. Lie that you can't cancel it online and that you have to come back after 24 hours. Force you to buy their custom lock. And try hard selling of one their humidity control things even when you don't really need it in climate controlled units.

This was the first time i have ever rented storage space and i am rating this based on this experience. Gina ( person that helped me at the Glendale heights location ) was extremely helpful and informative. She answered all of my questions and explained everything to my satisfaction. She gave me a tour of the storage facility and how to get around to my unit by taking different routes. i had a very positive experience at this store and would definitely recommend this store to anyone. Great service.

The facility is lovely and when the office is open, great service. However, when my movers and I arrived on a Sunday evening, the gate accepted my access code but did not open. Found out the next day that they locked the gate at 5pm on Sunday when they closed the office instead of leaving access open until 9pm per my contract. This caused me to extend my move by a day, add another day's rental to my Uhaul truck and incurred additional fees as I had to drive the Uhaul back and forth exceeding the mileage limit I agreed to. I also don't like the "administrative fee" of $20 nor the fact that you MUST buy their cylinder lock for $19 to secure the unit - it's a lock that you cannot use anywhere else, making their first month special really $58 rather than $1. VERY MISLEADING. Otherwise, it's lovely.

This place is new and a great storage place. Very clean. The only thing I don't like about it is you can't access the loading carts outside of office hours. They lock them up and you need to give you ID to use it. I wish they would keep them out so customers can use during access hours.
