Public Storage - Lombard - 1110 E Roosevelt Road

We're very pleased with the customer service, the move-in process and the unit itself. It was a challenge for us to find the space, but that's on us -- we should have first checked in the office and asked for assistance. There's a high level of security, and we received the required passcodes and instructions via text. I do recommend getting the App -- all details are provided (except a map, but there might be none for security purposes). The property manager was friendly and very helpful, so everything went very smoothly.

Close by and used this one before. Never had a problem, friendly staff and let's hope the rent won't go up anytime soon.

Right space for the right price with friendly and accommodating staffs.

I received very competitive rates and excellent customer service. The two facility managers or employees were terrific, their names were Stacey and Kelly and the location was 1110 E Roosevelt Rd Lombard IL. They helped me out big time! I'm storing a drift boat and they couldn't have been better. Everything was done right, on time and with a smile.

it was ok at first they didn't have my spot but then found it and I wasn't told to bring registration but it all worked out and was just fine. Nice friendly people and clean secure spot.

at first, I was turned off by the call center experience. It was impersonal, and they seemed to have the wrong info a couple of times that I called. Once I got onsite, I was also a little timid about the whole process, since storage units tend to get a bad rap, but was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and customer service from the onsite person. She was straight to the point, compared two units for us based on size, and gave us options about protecting our belonging inside the unit. I also was amazed at how technologically advanced Public Storage is. I didn't expect the iPad, checkout process, etc. to be as advanced and efficient. Kudos.

Good customer service, pleasant personality, helpful. I did not want the insurance and don't feel I should have had to purchase for items that are not very valuable. Another relative rented a unit last month from public storage from a different facility in Illinois and did not have to buy the insurance so I would like my money back for the insurance.

I needed storage space on short notice and Public Storage had the best prices and availability. They had a variety of unit sizes available and I was able to choose the best one that fit my needs.

The attendant clearly explained all the policies and pricing, showed us the unit and very efficiently did all the paperwork to get us into the unit in a timely manner. We had stuff in our unit within the hour at arriving at the location.

Superb service from onsite representative Julie(I'm hoping I got the name correct). From the inquiry on the phone after having issues online, to the in-person interaction; she was a model employee representing Public Storage!! Kudos

Excellent customer service. Sarah took the time to explain the differences in the sizes of the storage rooms and asked me questions regarding my items that I was storing to assure they fit. She took me on a tour to allow me visualize the unit rather then go off of their measurements, it's good to see it to determine the right fit. I would recommend this property and public storage, their rates, service and products are top notch.

Came in to rent a unit yesterday. Spoke to Dan, he told me he was still in training but when he took me on a tour of the property to see my unit it seemed like he was a vet. He seemed very knowledgeable and was extremely friendly. When we got back to the office I met Kelly and she was equally as friendly. Lost track of time in that office talking to those two. Great experience!

I rated the experience 5 star as Kelly and Dan really helped me through the enrollment process from beginning to end. The facility itself is very nice and clean but the interaction with the 2 is what made me happy to be using this Public Storage facility. They both were very clear in going over the contract and any fees. They provided guidance on all the options allotted to me (i.e. using the app for creating an account, making payments online, etc.) Good job Kelly and Dan and I am happy to be with Public Storage. If anybody is considering a storage facility you will not go wrong with selecting Public Storage in Lombard (off of Roosevelt). We will see you soon!

I went in today to ask a few questions and Kelly was so helpful! She answered all of my questions and took me on a tour of the facility. She was also training a gentleman who was very polite and friendly, seems like he'll be a wonderful addition to their great staff! Will definitely be doing business with them!

As always had a great experience with Public Storage. Their customer service staff is very responsive, and online bill pay is so easy. When I emptied out my unit yesterday, Jelani was very helpful and extremely courteous.

This place is clean and climate controlled. I feel that my items are safe. I like how they have all sorts of boxes for moving.

The unit I rented was clean. The employee helping me was smart and capable. He was able to handle multiple customers even thou he said it was only his third day on the job.

Besides some IT issues during the reservation/sign in processes, things have been pretty nice.

It's refreshing to encounter a company these days which makes a true effort to create a great experience for a customer. No hassles, no waste of time, delivering excellent service, product and care.

First time I visited any PS branch (by Roosevelt) and I was surprised how easy was it to rent a space. Even when the girl who was helping me (Ashely) who showed me the unit left the office and adjusted the time diagram by the door to make sure other customers know she will be back at a certain time, made me think this business know what they're doing. I thought that was really nice. The storage space for amount I could afford was great. It was easy to load and unload. Also, I felt it was really a secured place. I am happy with my choice.

Ashley was informative as well as kind and professional! I would like to see more than one employee at your facilities as there is often a wait.

some times doors dont close at the oakbrook locations,
