Excellent customer service, clean & secure For a good value. Have stored personal items for 5 years and I won't trust anyplace else.

My Honest Opinion... I looked at a few storage places before selecting Public Storage. After talking with the employee Kim, I was sold on this location and company. Kim took me around the grounds. Showed me the unit available for rent and answered every question I had with a smile. The location is clean, dry and well secured. I can't ask for anything more. I would highly recommend Public Storage Lombard location to anyone looking for a great storage location.

Was in a real pinch with the move to a new state due to a new job, thankfully Chris at this location helped with a great storage option till the new house is ready 5 star service!!

I have been using this public storage location for about six months now and every time I need to stop in Chris is in the office ready to help me with any questions or concerns I may have. He always makes sure I'm able to get a cart when I need one and helped me set up my autopay on my unit to make sure that I never miss a payment or get charged a late fee. He is the reason I have been bringing my business to public storage as long as I have and will continue to do so.

Place was neat & clean. Had a great sale on boxes. Michelle was very helpful and was able to answer all my questions. She even helped me load my car.

The sales associate Ruby was awesome! Very friendly ,outgoing and perfessional.

I moved my things into my storage unit and I have ONE complaint. Because all one sees are walls of orange and white, orange and white, it was extremely DIFFICULT to find my unit. Of course, the lady showed me where it is upon signing up. There are unit numbers above each unit, but can't you afford signs that extend from the walls that indicate Unit 5031 to 5050 with an arrow pointing toward the hall. It will make it easier for your customers, who especially don't visit the space that often to find their unit. Thank you. Penelope Heffernan.

The location is ideal for us and the people have been very accommodating. We got the internet deal which was cheaper. Unfortunately we had to stand there and sign up on my phone because the office cannot match the internet deal ?!?

Have used Public Storage on and off for over 20 years. Their facilities are always clean and accessible. The staff, no matter what location I've used, has always been amenable and easy to work with. Whenever I've needed extra storage space I've never hesitated in calling Public Storage.

My experience from day one has been wonderful. From the moment I walked in to finalize my reservation, to the times when I just need to borrow a cart, I am always greeted with kindness and professionalism. I would recommend Public Storage, specifically this location, to anyone I know. Thanks again for a great job!!
