I just signed a contract for an RV spot at Public Storage mainly due to Sally the on-site manager. Professional, competent and friendly. The only issue I have and why it's not a 5 star view is that I inquired many times with different personnel at Public Storage, what is my net net total per month. When told the amount, I asked again, are you sure? There are no other charges? The answer was Yes, no other charges. So at signing when I was told there is an additional $10 fee each month I was very disappointed.

I called the number on the card Sally gave me last year when I rented a parking spot. Sally remembered me and got me all set up. She is a pleasure to do business with. Thanks India White

From the person on the phone that took the reservation to the person at the storage facility made the rental easiest can. Diamond was especially helpful at the storage facility she is a person of well knowledge of the services that your company provides and made the Storage process even easier

I love the property manager Nicolette! She is super AWESOME! She knows the job very well and she is very patient! She helped me decide on a storage space. She is a HUGE asset to public storage because I have been to some not so nice ones in the past and she was by far the best ever! I couldn't stop thanking her.

Nicolette was very efficient and knowledgeable. She gets you in and out but is very thorough. She made sure I understood everything and clearly explained the rules. She rocks.

For such a price I expect cleaner storage spaces

Great customer service. I was able to sign and move in same day. They have easy drive up access which is super convenient. They don't tell you that they require insurance when you talk to them on the phone (which is $11/month) other than that everything was great.

My experience with Public Storage went well. The customer service clerk was very helpful and explained everything thoroughly. The customer service clerk also had a good attitude and answered all my questions without a problem.

The Storage employees were very helpful to set up and vacate the unit I worked with Mike and Kelly at Oakbrook Terrace -24802. I missed the move out time by 12 hours and got charged $116 when I paid only $77 for 30 days on the unit. I called Jeff Pattorff Distict Manager to maybe sort out the issue and just pay a late fee instead of another month but never got a hold of him, leaving multiple voice mails with no response.

You sign offer of $1.00 for first month of rental without a condition spelled out was not what I found out when renting. A 20' by 10' size storage was available at 1/2 of $227.00 for first month but not available at $1.00. I am disapointed, and I shall be wary about any other offer made by way of your signage or published in the media or on the internet.

I was initially looking to get storage at LifeStorage. They wanted $70 for a 5' x 5' unit. Instead, I went to Public Storage and pay $55 for a 10' x 5' unit. Much better deal.

I would highly recommend this location if you are looking for great customer service and a great price.

Don't go there much as it's my satellite storage, but not worth the extra $'s a month. Also, made me sign up for electronic billing, but there is no setting for reminders other than just getting the bill 4 weeks before it's due. So you add in the $20 late fees I amass after being 5 days late & they actually get almost $80/month for a non-climate controlled "closet". If I wasn't so tired of moving stuff around, I'd just leave.
