Public Storage - Wheaton - 111 Bridge Street

The attendant was very helpful and informative when we went to the location for a rental. When we returned with items to store the attendant was staying later than her shift to let a renter finish using a cart before she locked it up and left for the night. The location is very clean.

storage units were in good size and good condition. Very clean and secure. Prices were of a good value.

Both employees I spoke to were very courteous and sympathetic to my frustration when I learned that the $1 for first month rent promotion is for new customers only. I went online, in my account to manage my account and rent an additional unit - only reason I did on line in my account ( not annyomous from web site) was to receive the $1 first month rent. Why wouldn't your company want to give promotions to current customers buying/ renting additional space or services. A success business not only needs to get new business but KEEP current customers. Seriously considering spending my hard earned cash at a different company because of this. Thanks.

Adriana is helpful. Even when she has a difficult in the office before I get there she is always friendly.

location is great room for storage of my daughter's dorm room stuff from Wheaton College, the staff was very helpful, the facilities were clean, secure and well lit and the unit was just what we needed and it was very clean also

I had a wonderful time visiting Public Storage in Wheaton. The facility was clean and the service worker/customer service, Adriana was an absolute joy! She was personable, helpful, and knowledgable. The location of the storage facility was great as well. It was away from busy traffic.

Could not have made things easier for us! So appreciate the on site help, the clean storage unit & help of the manager to get a huge moving van into the lot from a busy street! He even arrived early to accommodate our van driver!

I described how many items I needed to store, and they were able to tell me exactly what size unit I needed. It saved me a lot of guess work. The facility was always very well maintained and the hours of available access were very flexible, which worked well with my busy schedule. I was really happy with my rental experience there.
