Our second year to rent for summer storage for my daughter's dorm room. They have a great facility and Mel is very helpful in getting everything set up for us.

Secured online at a reasonable price but the charges were double of the price I was quoted online. There were pro-rated charges, environmental fees, insurance, etc that I was not aware of until I was asked to pay. Transparency is important in business, if you continue to transact like this you're going to find customers being upset.
