Amazon Storage - Carterville

The unit has easy drive up access and the place feels very secure. Also, a lot of the units have vaulted ceilings feels like thereﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s more room and another storage facility.

Nice facilities, easy to reach.

They have gates, fences, lights and cameras all over the place. The old guy who owns it checks each lock 3 times a week. He even has alarms. Nothing like this in the county.

It was very easy to book a storage unit on line. It was a safe contact free process. I spoke with a woman over the phone and she was very friendly and helpful. The prices are reasonable.

They worked perfectly with my family and had a summer student deal! Will for sure come back every summer!

Friendly environment and economically beneficial.

Close to college need a bigger sigh so customers can see it

Great price, friendly staff!!

This is one closes to my school and I live pretty far from my school. It's convenient to put stuff I don't need at home but I need for school away.

Wonderful customer service and there is a $20 down payment

It was fast and easy I was in and out of there quickly

Great.

The gentleman who helped me yesterday was fantastic. This was my first time renting a storage unit and every odd question I had he had an answer for. So far I'm impressed.

Easy and smooth move in .Thanks

Nice friendly staff, very clean storage room,

The lady at check-in was super helpful. She answered all my questions and recommended the best lock & storage for my needs. She even willingly showed us where to go. The storage was perfect and a great price! I will definitely use them again. :)

Customer service waited an extra 30 minutes for me to get there a d sign the paper. Very friendly

I needed a storage unit for my things over summer but many storage places were quite expensive. Amazon storage was by far the cheapest and it wasn't that far away from SIU. The staff were so helpful getting me all set up for my move in day and the actual facility wasn't bad at all. Plus their hours were perfect in allowing me to move in my things.

Decent

My overall experience with Amazon Storage was OK. The storage unit I rented was suitable for what I needed. The storage unit was clean and the pricing was excellent. It was difficult getting to the storage because of the street it was on. I didn't like that the ground is all gravel and the driveway is filled with pot holes. The office didn't have a suitable place to fill out paperwork and it was cluttered but the associate was very nice and friendly.

Very helpful office lady. Took less than 10 minutes to sign up. I can reserve unit on line. Lighted at night. Fences and cams for security. I put a car in the unit. It was a little hard to find. They have gravel driveways.
