No problems with getting this unit.

Nice easy to get to courteous staff

The woman at the counter was friendly and informative, even with my seemingly silly questions. youﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re required to buy a lock from the facility (only $11 but itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a nice one). Youﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re also required to get insurance or they will add it for you when you sign up.

Outstanding service and very accommodating

Within the hour of making a reservation I received a call from the storage facility. We could have set up everything via the computer, but I decided to go to the facility. The person who assisted me was fabulous! Extremely thorough, very friendly and knowledgeable about what needed to be done to get me going. It only took about 20 minutes and I was all set. The only issue I have is that the location of where the actual storage unit was; it was not at the location I went to set everything up at. It was however closer to where I needed it to be. I'm sure if I had brought it up the customer service person would have accommodated a change in location had I asked for one. I believe the actual unit location was due to me not paying close enough attention to the unit I actually reserved. I'm not sure that the location I wound up at is as secure as the location where I signed all the paperwork, however having insurance to cover the items I was placing in storage was enough to be comfortable with the set up. I would definitely recommend both the Spare Foot Site and Next Door Storage for anyone's storage needs!

you sign a contract stating your storage unit is surveyed 24/7 and it's not no cameras no gates to then you get a call saying your unit was found open and the manger lies to the insurance company that it found open with no lock so all the stuff stolen is all your loss so I would never recommend this storage facility.. they are for themselves. They send you to the one in the highway with no security

The address I made a reservation for was only where I did paperwork. The units they sent me to were much further out of the way. That was not told to me ahead of time. They said there was a gate and code. There isnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t, so anyone can enter 24/7. No surveillance cameras. Not well lit. Disappointed.

Very nice people and facility is well kept.

I would like to compliment the staff of the facility I used for assisting me in every way to insure I was happy with the rental process. This facility met our needs and was available immediately. I do think the storage rental is high and would not consider long term at the rate I am paying. Of course having to pay additional fees for insurance as a condition of the rental agreement is ludicrous. I guess gouging customers for every dime is common place among this industry.

Staff was helpful and nice storage was cheap and move in fees were very do able for those on a budget

Office lady was polite place was clean when we put our stuff in unit well lit at night and cameras just in case

My 1st storage unit experience has been a good one so far

I enjoyed the convenience of reserving a unit online. The cashier helped me change my reservation to a unit that worked for me.

I went to Next Door Storage after having driven around the quad cities for almost 2 hours looking for an affordable unit for my college room mate and I. After hours of frustration and stress, the associate helping us was incredibly accommodating and helpfull. She eased all our woes and was able to give us a 10x10 unit for only $58, which is literally half of what other facilities asked us to pay. Next Door was extremely understanding of our predicament and provided us the ability to move with as much convenience as possible. Absolutely amazing for students. When we got to the unit it was clean and dry with a lock provided for us. We were able to fit all of our belongings there without a problem.
