I pick this location online. There was great communication from the start. I was given a code online and then someone from the facility called me to check if I understood everything. She offered advise just in case and was nice and had great information. Once I got to the location, everything was as she said with a cute newcomer bag with the lock I purchased from them. NO STRESS, NO TROUBLE AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Something we do not see very much at all! Thank you!
