Easy move in, met our expectations!

I am a first time customer to CubeSmart. I loved that I was able to rent, get a lock, pay and sign my contract all online! With a crazy work schedule and moving this was awesome! I was freaking out because I thought it closed at 6 and Pamela (the delightful manager!!)let me know it was open later, so not to worry! I received an email with the the storage number, temp codes AND when I got there a lil bag with my purchased lock in it! So easy! I would totally recommend CubeSmart!!

Everything is except the amount they charge monthly is expensive

I have a 40ﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ trailer that is difficult to store anywhere. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Helped me get the trailer positioned correctly and checked in. Would recommend to a friend. Hopefully I win 250 for Amazon spending. Have a nice day.

Overall glad I listened to the spare foot radio ad and took the time to compare my options before landing on cube smart. Very happy with the research put into both sites to provide accurate info and rates.

I moved from North Carolina to Illinois. Got to Illinois Sunday morning and 0613 in Mundelein are open from 11 to 3. That was outstanding!!! I unloaded a 26 foot Penske truck and a car carrier there because they are also a return for Penske trucks. There store was clean and very well organized. The storage units itself were good to go. The place is monitored 24-7. I would definitely recommend thus place to my friends and family. Thank you store 0613

This place had exactly what I needed. The unit was the perfect size for my belongings. I had to change the size of the unit a week prior to moving in due to the fact that I miscalculated the size of my things. They were able to accommodate me, but originally told me there was no promotion available on the unit because it was the last one of that size. When I came to check in, I was told the same thing, however I brought a screenshot of the promotion they had online. The manager Zena had to make a phone call, but she was able to get this corrected in her system. Overall, I am very pleased with this place!

I like it - easy to get at and fits the need.

Good storage - did not like the "extras" like the admin fee and required insurance that was not prominently mentioned on the ad.

Easy setup, moved in right away for outdoor parking space for my boat & trailer.

I am a long time customer of this facility. We are talking about four years now and having multiple units over that time. I do not know what I would have done without their friendly and professional assistance over the last four years ! They are really an outstanding facility. I really mean this !

Got to the facility and was welcomed by Mary. She got the paperwork done within 20 minutes and took us around to the unit before we even signed. The experience was great.

Manager was very friendly, assisted me with cutting off my lock when i broke my key in it, and hand delivered my paperwork i forgot when I came back in today.

I shped around for a storage unit for couple of motorcycles and it really worked out well-price was great in comparison to all other storage facilities in the radius of 10-15 miles; size of the unit was better than competition for this price and after all reeservation, paperwork and move in was in no time. Great service and definitely recommendable to anyone needing a storage unit for great price!!!
