I was extremely impressed with the aesthetics of this facility! I felt great knowing that my furniture will be well maintained in a climate control led outdoor unit until I come back to pick them up. I was very pleased with the Customer Service that I received from Alex when I booked the unit & more importantly Nate upon arrival at the facility, because he saw us (my car, my friends car & the movers & truck loaded with my personal belongings) pulling in and turned around from leaving for a "bank deposit run" just in order to service me with providing me with keys to my storage unit. This was very important service, as the movers were "on the clock" & costing me time! If he had pulled out at that moment, them I would have had to pay an extra hour in labor time to the movers. Nate saved me $450 in moving company expense that day! Thanks Nate & CubeSmart in Downers Grove on Lemont Rd!!

Your facility is extremely clean and the staff was very helpful. I made a late reservation online on Friday and moved in the next day. No problems whatsoever!
