CubeSmart Self Storage - West Chicago

Just a problem ..tha ceiling has a lot of mud Like way to much..whene I opened the door I was very upset to see how the ceiling it was..

I did an online search for a storage unit in my area. I need a unit for a couple of months while we refinance our mortgage to get rid of the "clutter" for the appraisal inspection. When comparing size, price, distance and description I chose CubeSmart and I am VERY glad I did. The deciding factor for me was the offer to use their truck and all I needed to do was return it replacing the gas I used--no rental fee. Lola and Robert were GREAT. The unit was just as described--Clean, accessible and ready to story my "clutter". Since we were doing stars and the most I can give is 5 stars, I would simply say, 5 stars are not enough--7 maybe or possibly 8 would be more appropriate. If you are looking for a GREAT storage experience, look no further. These folks are at the top of the storage rental game.

Not what I was expecting. Okay for some things but not electronics.

Linda and Michelle were very accommodating! Friendly and very informative! Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve visited other storage facilities and nothing compared to the cleanliness and price! Thank you cubesmart! I signed up immediately and paid for six months and will do it again in another 6 months!

Perfect location price was right

Needed to increase size and was not able to take advantage of first month free,however Michelle was very helpful and thorough.

Friendly staff, great facility

Lowest price around for at least a 5x5 unit. The manager, Brianna, was fast and professional. Locker is clean and well lit.

Clean. No overhead piping that gets in the way.

It's a Nice place and they offer Affordable rates. Staff was knowledgable and friendly. I would definitely recommend this facility to friends and family. Only thing I don't like is they require insurance each month.

I compared a number of storage facilities to each other before moving and this was the cheapest by far and still had great reviews. Facilities are clean and well kept and the manager, Mike, was very helpful and thorough in answering all of my questions.

A facility is a facility. What makes the experience is the great staff and the ease of use. They hit high marks on both customer service and ease of getting in and out. Wish I used you earlier.

I had a fantastic experience. The manager was very nice and really worked with me on my budget and needs. I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

The person who helped me complete the paperwork and get into my unit for the first time was very friendly and helpful. Overall it was a fairly quick and easy procedure to set up. No real complaints. Would have liked to be reminded to bring my own lock (if I desired) in all of the move in day preparation emails.
