I thought the boxes were a bit expensive based on the quality of the boxes but other than that my transitional move went quite well. Everything was explained well to me. Which helped me to make a well informed decision in regards to the size of the space I rented.

The people are helpful, easy in and out, the place is old and really run down but convenient.

The whole process was smooth as silk with the professional manning the office. Thank you for your help.

Jessica was amazing. She was extremely friendly and fast with my questions. She didn't make me feel silly for the questions I asked. The process went by fast and easy. When I came in I didn't have a lock and she gave me great information on why this disk lock would be the best for our unit. I've been in a few times since I've moved in and she is always extremely cheesy and just great to talk to. Best storage experience I've ever had. Public Storage needs more employees like her.

My husband just landed a job in Chicao and we had only weeks to transition from Mississippi. I reserved a unit on-line, sight on seen. It turned out that the unit was too small, but the agent suggested a larger unit, quickly switched with no hassle.
