Quiana was extremely helpful! She made our unit transfer an easy one. She was very quick to answer any questions and very thorough in explaining all of the leasing terms. Jessica was amazing. She was extremely friendly and fast with my questions. She didn't make me feel silly for the questions I asked. The process went by fast and easy. When I came in I didn't have a lock and she gave me great information on why this disk lock would be the best for our unit. I've been in a few times since I've moved in and she is always extremely cheesy and just great to talk to. Best storage experience I've ever had. Public Storage needs more employees like her.
