Convenient to unload . Unit was very clean and has provided safe secure storage. I particularly like the fact that a security code is required for both entry and exit from the facility.

I recently switched from another storage facility to public storage in Lisle. Mohammed was very helpful. He brought me to my desired unit to make sure it would work for my belongings. He then went through all of the pricing and leasing information and made everything very easy to understand. I highly recommend using public storage of Lisle and definitely see Mohammed to get you taken care of!

Average facility. Showing its age. Driveways are rough. Just average. No friction (that's what the 'average' rating includes) just an acceptable experience. Nothing to write home about.

I had a great experience at Public Storage. I was able to reserve a unit over the phone. When I arrived, Ryan helped me, he was very friendly and helpful. We discussed the items I would be storing, and he talked me into a slightly larger storage unit, which was a good thing, because the original unit I had reserved would have been too small for my needs.

Ryan was accommodating and again, met my storage needs. I can back specifically because if him and his locations performance. I would gladly recommend this location and am happy with the service, price, quality and conditions. Thanks Ryan!
