Public Storage - Naperville - 1852 La Salle Ave

I needed storage because I have more things than I do storage at home so I decided to get a unit. Nate was very knowledgeable and helpful. Also, when David called to see if I had any questions, he was also very helpful.

Property manager was very helpful in securing a unit for us and the entire rental process was contactless. Very nice people and clean, secure property.

Personnel in office and on phone (Amber and Janine) both great , professional, responsive and problem solving. Facility: could use some fresh paint and address moisture leak in ceiling. Otherwise no issues

Stopped in to put some things in my unit today and the office was locked! I could not get the cart to help me move my things. the sign indicated they would be closed at 1:30... but this was 1:00. I did locate a manager who was doing some cleaning on the 2nd floor and got the cart, but it took a lot more effort and time than I expected.

Too much marketing for selling good over sharing details or real information.

The store attendant was helpful and gave useful information. She also explained the difference between having a unit on the first floor verses the second floor. She was friendly and upbeat.

Had a good experience. Friendly staff. Only drawback is limited carts to move "stuff" from car to unit. Carts unavailable if office is closed
