Public Storage - Naperville - 2323 W Diehl Rd

I lost a lot of money with my other storage . I'm happy I found public storage n they offer me a gr8 price for the 10×10 thank u.

I like this facility, its location works well for me. The surface is concrete so I'm not dealing with mud and mess. There were a couple issues with moving in. We were assigned #20 but the snow and ice covered any numbers. I had a 10 am appointment but no one was there in the office to assist. We picked a spot we thought was #20 but it turned out incorrect so I had to come back and repark it. The gate did not respond to the app opener. I was told the app does not work for access. Hoping that gets corrected soon. All in all I'm happy with the spot.

This was a great affordable option for me and my family. I couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t believe how simple it was and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

I really enjoyed the customer service and security measures. High tech and clean.

There are not many many carts. There's always a long wait on the weekend.

I didn't know what to expect but I am so far pretty impressed. Everything is so secure, need to enter your code to access everything. I am only planning to use this place for 6 month but am starting to change my mind. So far everything is great

This is the first time we use public storage. We did not expect that we would have such good experience. It is clean, easy to access and the price is great.

I liked this facility a lot. By far the best I have ever used. Brand new, clean, modern, and very reasonably priced. Even has a nice place to store RVs, trailers, and cars.

Great storage space! You get to unload and a garage, so it was raining on our moving day but we didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t get a drop wet. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s also very clean facility with very nice customer service

Very easy to move in with online registration. The employee that helped us was super helpful and nice. Much cleaner than the facility we were at. They had cameras that made me feel more safe than our old facility. Overall great experience

I have had several storage spaces with different companies in different states and this facility is, by far, the cleanest and most user-friendly I have experienced. It is a pleasure to go there.

Great experience, clean, great pricing

Very easy to set up and finalize. Dave was very helpful and pleasant. Indoor unloading docks are very nice.

I love the fact that it's not so expensive like other storages and very clean I love the fact that it's inside also.

On line check in worked great. Easy access for vehicle storage.
