I had another great experience at Public Storage.The Service and ease of rental are outstanding. I have been using Public Storage off and on for over 10 years and they continue to impress. I would recommend Public Storage very highly.

The manager Diona was very helpful & moved the process right along. She made sure this unit was right for us & was pleasant to deal with.

Deana was a gem in helping us view the options and understanding the pricing. Even after we selected the wrong storage online she proactively changes it to the one she had shown us and made sure we got the best price!

I have used Public Storage in Naperville on South Washington on at off for at lease 15 years. The location has had issues in the past with upkeep of the building and personal. I am pleased to say that has changed and the building is building's are cleaner and the people are more helpful.

The climate controlled building is very large with lots of units. The only thing that worries me is the condition of the roof. You see the roof is a sheet metal which has a layer of insulation attached to the bottom of it. Looking up at the insulation you can see large water filled bulges! Some of them have already started leaking, you can tell from the water stains on the floor and on the locker doors. Since each locker has a wire mesh cover the top of the unit, water just rains on in. This has necessitated covering my stored belongings with a waterproof tarpaulin.

The set-up process was simple, and it is nice to not get locked into a long-term contract. The service is great. They gave us a tour of the grounds and unit and answered our questions. The facility is very clean.

Juliet was very helpful and polite!! She went over all the details an made sure I understood the terms of the unit.

Great service and unit! We have had a unit there for a few years and have been overall very happy with the service and unit. We had an issue with our unit in the beginning, they not only moved us to a different unit, they upgraded us to a bigger unit for the same price we were paying. One time after leaving unit, we left open by mistake and the staff called us to let us know that it was left open. They called us within hours of us leaving to let us know we didn't lock it. They have always been helpful when purchasing supplies in the store. We only got rid of the unit because we did not need it anymore. Juliet, who works there is always so friendly and great to work with! Great employee!

I shopped a few places for storage not too far from home. The representative at Public Storage was polite, knowledgeable and seemed t want my business. The rate was slightly better than the other place, but the reason I chose Public is the treatment I received. When I asked questions, i received direct, honest answers. The facility is clean, warm and dry, very secure and convenient.

When I arrived at your location I had already spoken with your "online" person...I was given ALOT of misinformation, pricing included! After touring the facility I was made to return home to actually "book" online to receive the quoted pricing. I did all of the above. Only to be told that the price quoted online wasn't the price I could get the unit for because of the door type available. Bait and switch. I was never offered a different "door type" online.....I felt the price should have been honored. If it wasn't for the onsite manager Heather I wouldn't have rented. Heather was very helpful and personable. I recommend you only deal with her when renting from this particular facility.
