Incredible people very understanding and helpful

Very easy to get into and very easy to access my storage spot would recomend this this to anyone who needed a good storage place

We were greeted by a very nice lady who took great care of us. Access to the storage area was open and we had space to maneuver our camper. We are not experts backing up so she was very patient.

Very nice facility and climate controlled.

I had the difficult task of moving my father's things from assisted living after he passed away. It was such a dreaded task to start with but we had to move the things from his unit or keep paying the assessment to basically store his things. We got a climate controlled unit to store his property which included antiques. On moving day, when I opened the unit, I realized there was no way all the things would fit in the unit I'd reserved. Staff was able to get me into a unit that was double the space in minutes. The moving van didn't even need to move to accommodate the change. I was able to sit in the office area out of the movers way while they did the work. Pleasant staff chatted with me while the van was unloaded and my dreaded task was over in no time at all.

Our rental was spur of the moment and urgent. I was able to reserve a climate controlled unit with no problem. Insurance, lock and unit still was less than what I pay for outdoor storage unit 50 mi. north of this facility. Staff was helpful, courteous and efficient.

Unit is very convienient for me. Very resonably priced. Only complaint is the driveways could stand to be resurfaced. Many potholes.

Was told my code would be valid on Fri. Tried to get in on Sun. Code not operating. No response to my repeated calls. Wasted two days,truck and help!

Lady at front desk was confused on how to process everything and took a long time trying to figure out what to do.
