Meghan and Doug took me around today. They were so patient, I was extremely anxious and put off the appointment I had for yesterday. Clean nice office. They took me to my unit and showed me around, gave me tips on how to use the unit, and clearly explained all that I needed to know. TY TY TY :)

As storage places go, Public Storage in Palatine is one of them. Nothing special here to speak of. I came here because it was cheap and fairly close to my house.

Meghan and Robyn did an excellent job helping to sort out my account payment path after my debit card was compromised and a payment was missed while I was overseas. They even helped me get the late fee removed due to the circumstances! I also noted that I came in to the office just 5 minutes before closing, yet they were polite and efficient in resolving the issue even though it went a few minutes beyond the work day! Thank you, ladies!
