The day I was moving out was very cold in the 20s my lock had frozen up and I could not get it open. Mike the facility manager saw my issue and was able to open the lock for me. He was very helpful and even replaced the frozen lock. Very nice people to do business with.

Your employee was very helpful the rate that was given to me was a very reasonable compared to others in the area.

Great service at this location! I would hight recommend meeting with Mike. He is great at helping you find the right unit. Place is always clean and easy accessible. I had to put 2 cars into storage and it was a complicated situation. The vehicles arrived on 2 tow trucks. Hattie was AMAZING in helping with the situation. She was very detailed in the paperwork and explaining how storing vehicles worked. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. I have never used a storage facility before and would highly recommend Public Storage. Thanks again Hattie.

This location fit my needs perfectly for the time I needed. I dealt with Brenda on a couple of occasions and she was extremely helpful and friendly. The way customer service should be. I would be happy to refer this location to anyone.

Robyn and Brenda were amazing today. Robyn deserves ten stars for helping my son and me push our boat into the storage unit because I couldn't make the necessary turn -- you ROCK! Both made check-out quick n easy and we had a few laughs about raising boys.

Happy with everything, except your required insurance (Additional $11/month), that was not mentioned on your website. It would probably not have made a difference, but left a bad taste in my mouth.

People were great but the unit I had, which was one of the largest, was difficult to get to and even more difficult to get out of the property. No place to dispose of recyclable cardboard even though they had a large container on site that was chained and not accessible. Stupid way
