I don't necessarily agree with Public Storage's policy so I am giving them a four, but I would like to give Mike at Public Storage five out of five stars. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and cares about his customers. Corporate should learn a few things from Mike.

Wonderful facility and staff. Everything was kept clean and dry, and the temperature controlled lockers are wonderful. On top of it all the staff was beyond helpful. David was of tremendous assistance to me when I was ready to leave my locker. At the desk, Hattie was fantasic and helpful as well helping me get on my way and never letting a smile leave her face. Great facility, great team, great job!

Public Storage had competitive pricing, availability and the right size I needed to store my boat for the winter. The staff is excellent and Matt was outstanding. He even went out to the storage unit to help me move the boat inside to ensure it fit before completing the paperwork. Talk about going the extra mile! The units are clean and the staff was well trained and efficient. The only suggestion would be to add the width of the actual door to the dimensions shown on their website which would help determine if your trailer will fit. Other than that, five stars! Keep up the good work, Public Storage!
