It was an easy transition. Kelly was great! Just so you know. You'll need to purchase a lock from Public which is good at any Public location & you have to cary insurance. Extra expenses that I wasn't expecting.

I received and paid for a used lock which should have been new plus forced to pay additional money for insurance is unfair.

They told me I would be refunded everything I paid for 100% and I got cheated almost $40. I was a new customer and they lied saying I'd get all my money back. That's unacceptable

Paula was great. She explained all and made it easy to make the decision.

David was very helpful in deciding on a unit. Very friendly. Would do business with public storage again if needed! Fast service was great! Ty so much public storage.

David answered all my questions. He is a strong asset for the company and knows the property well and he was very attentive. In the past,I worked with I have worked with Paula and she was great too. It was a pleasure working with Public Storage for all my storage needs.

I have 2 items of contention. 1) I brought my own lock, but was told I HAD to purchase one of yours and I could not sell the purchased one back to Public Storage (44% is the cost of the lock in comparison to the storage unit). 2) I did not like the fact that I HAD to purchase insurance immediately. (24% of the cost of the rental is insurance). These 'surprise' expenses is what would make things better. So, that when I expect to pay $45 this is what I would walk out paying, not $76 (59% higher than anticipated). Other than this, the manager is kind and very helpful, and the place is clean and safe.

We were rushed to move and Public Storage was very helpful and flexible so we could get access to our storage unit right away. Samantha was a tremendous help and a pleasure to work with by staying late and giving great suggestions.

This is not the first time I have rented a storage box at Public Storage. The facility is clean and well lit, and the employees are friendly and knowledgeable. Te bill was more than expected. It is NOT $1 for the first month. Between insurance and assorted fees, it's much more.

We've only recently begun using Public Storage. It's our first long-term storage experience. So far, it's been great. The facility is close to our home and the drive is not difficult. The facility is clean and appears to be well maintained. It's far more affordable than the other options we explored.

Honestly, I wasn't really expecting much. I figured that I would get the lock and the unit number and be left to my own devises. To say I was pleasantly surprised is an understatement! The manager was on duty when I arrived to finalize my storage unit rental (I reserved it online). She was so very pleasant and had shoveled the snow out of the way of the door to my unit. She explained everything thoroughly and even gave me something to put on the floor of the unit to protect my belongings. And if I wasn't impressed enough, I then got a few phone calls making sure my move in went well and if there was anything else they could do, I could just call. They also called to remind me my monthly payment was due. I am more than impressed with the customer service!
