I reserved my unit online. I recieved a phone call to touch base and co firm my reservation. They left the office hours and ohone number on my voicemail. The internet was not running properly when I went to fill out paperwork but I was greeted with a calm, cool manner and apologies for the situation. She was professional and worked as quickly as she could. Very pleased.

The lady who helped me was very helpful and pleasant. The storage unit had torn insulation on the ceiling that was sagging down, and on the floor below that was a puddle of water. I hope it doesn't leak on my belongings!

I specifically asked if bugs or mice were problems as a wanted to store nice furniture including a new couch. I was assured that there was no problems. When I finally got a truck to take my furniture to the storage, I was appalled when I opened the door. The floor was covered with both dead and alive bugs. There was a D-con mouse/rat poison container in the corner. It was Saturday and no one was available to assist me with the circumstances. I was not happy. However, on Monday I did receive a callback from the facility manager. She was apologetic and willing to help me resolve this issue. We are still working on this.
